Healthy Low Carb Chili

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast (cut into 1-inch pieces)
2 pounds hamburger
Garlic flavored olive oil

Pour 2-3 teaspoons garlic flavored olive oil (or any oil with a bit of garlic)
into a large pan and brown up your roast.

When good and brown, drain off the liquid and put the meat in your crock pot.
In same pan cook up your hamburger, drain, then dump that into the crock pot.

Then add the following:

1 T. minced garlic (1)
2 T. cocoa (4)
1 1/2 T. chili powder (6)
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tps. turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Cup dry red wine (3)
2 cans Rotell tomatoes (20)
1 (15 oz) can Hunts tomato sauce (21)
1 small can tomato paste (30)

Mix it all up and cook in the crock pot all day.
Serve with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese and chopped onions.
