Healthy Breakfast Burrito on the Go!



Here's a quick and easy breakfast recipe.
It makes a delicious breakfast for those mornings when you're on the go.


Ingredients:

1 wheat tortilla
1 carton egg substitute (equal to 2 eggs)
1 piece turkey bacon
1 slice American cheese
Salsa to taste


Scramble egg substitute until cooked.
Cook turkey bacon in the microwave.
Place cooked bacon on wheat tortilla, top with cheese, egg substitute and salsa.
Wrap all up in tortilla and microwave for 45 seconds.
Enjoy!
